Your satisfaction is my highest priority, if you are not completely contented, please let me know during your service or within 24 hours after. I am committed to making any corrections to your hair within the time frame.If there was any fault of mine I will give you a refund.

SCHEDULING
When scheduling your appointment, you are responsible for scheduling all that you need done or want at that time. There will be no add on services at your appointment time, due to the timing of my other clients. If I can provide what you need in the time allotted I will do so, but if I can not, you will have to reschedule your appointment to the next available time.

TIMING/ LATE CANCELLATIONS

Please be on time for your appointment, you will have a 15 minutes grace period, if you are late your appointment may be rescheduled.
I know that emergencies happen, however please be kind if you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask that you notify me within a 24 hour time frame. If you booked your appointment for that day please try to notify me within 3 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations that are not done by the policy will result in a fee of $25, and it will be charged to your card on file or you will have to render before booking your next appointment.
